Charting
Records that hold up.

Write SOAP notes against your own templates and mark findings on a numbered body diagram. Sign a note and it locks: it can't be edited or deleted, and corrections are append-only amendments that leave the original intact and traceable. What you signed is what stays on record.
The template is yours to shape, and every signed note keeps its full history: the original plus any amendments, in the order they were made.
Share one record with one colleague
When you and another practitioner treat the same person, you can share that one client's record with them by email. They accept on their side, and from then on you each read the other's signed notes and intake on that client, in one timeline labelled by practitioner and date, while each of you keeps writing your own notes, signed and locked as always. Nothing is shared by default, nothing is shared with a location, and nothing leaves BluPage: a share is a deliberate act on one client with one person, acknowledged by both of you, and either of you can end it at any time. When it ends, you each keep exactly what you wrote.
