Terms of Service

Last updated July 23, 2026 · Effective July 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of BluPage. By creating an account you agree to them.

These Terms are an agreement between you and BluPage Technologies Inc., Toronto, Ontario (“BluPage,” “we,” “us”).

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, where you practise a regulated profession, remain in good standing with your regulator. You are solely responsible for how you use BluPage in your practice and for compliance with the rules that apply to you (including record-keeping and consent).

Acceptable use

  • Don't use BluPage for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to store.
  • Don't attempt to breach security, access other practitioners' data, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Don't misuse the public booking page (spam, automated abuse).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the client/patient records you enter.

Subscription, trial & pricing

  • BluPage is $25/month (CAD) on a monthly subscription.
  • New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. A payment method is collected at signup; you are not charged during the trial and can cancel anytime before it ends to avoid being billed.
  • After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel anytime through the billing portal in Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • A valid partner referral code entered at checkout applies that partner's standing discount for as long as the subscription remains active. Referral discounts and payouts are subject to our partner terms.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply.
  • If a payment fails, access may be suspended (a paywall) until the payment method is updated.

Your content & our service

You retain ownership of the data you put into BluPage. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. We may improve or change features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes. See the Privacy and Data pages for how data is handled and retained.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

BluPage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a tool to support your practice — it is not a substitute for your professional judgment or your regulatory obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluPage's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. If any part of this section is held unenforceable, the remainder of this section continues to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BluPage harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, the client/patient records you enter, and any unauthorized access to your account or patient records resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials or enable two-factor authentication.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against BluPage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for breaches of confidentiality, security, or intellectual property.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
